Community Engagement Team Hull

Engaging people and communities in service design

Project Introduction
Forum's Community Engagement Team work with communities across Hull to ensure that public health messages are developed in a way that makes them accessible.
Based in community settings across Hull, the team provide one-to-one, face-to-face support to help people find activities in their area. They can link people with advice, mental health services, healthy lifestyle activities, volunteer opportunities and more. They work in a holistic way that takes into account individuals' needs, goals and existing networks.
