Aiming to support organisations who support young people (ages 14–25) who face challenging or complex transitions to adulthood.
This fund focuses on young people (14-25) facing systemic inequity, making transitions harder. It drives changes in systems and practices to create equitable, inclusive environments, tackles the root causes of inequity, and centers young people’s voices, recognising their marginalisation and exclusion.
PHF will fund:
- Up to £50,000 per year for three years (max grant £150,000). PHF prefer to fund organisations at the maximum amount and term and do not make grants of less than £30,000 per year
- Core operating costs (salaries, organisation and delivery costs)
- To grow the impact of what you already do. They are not looking to fund new or untested approaches, projects or finite pieces of work.
