About the funding
This fund aims to support not-for-profit community energy organisations start-up, build capacity or explore the feasibility of new energy projects.
Round 3 opens 19th August 2024
This fund focuses on the areas of North East, Yorkshire and Humber, and northern Lincolnshire.
The funder are looking to support groups that hit the following, but not limited:
- Looking to establish a community energy organisation
- Installing low carbon technologies
- Feasibility of renewable energy projects
- Delivering energy efficiency
- Projects on decarbonisation of heat
- Education and public engagement on energy
