Open to small local groups and small local charities to improve the quality of life and combat loneliness in older people.
This fund prioritises initiatives that foster connections or re-connections within local communities. Applications focusing on combating loneliness and promoting active engagement will be given top priority.
The fund will need to focus on certain individuals that are:
- Older people aged 65+
- Adults with a disability or mental health problem
Some of the things the fund can be used for activities, day trips and outings, equipment, transport.
