Community Partnerships Funding

NHS Charities Together NHS Charities Together are pleased to announce the funding made available to Integrated Care Systems.

For this area that is Humber Coast And Vale and stretches along the east coast of England from Scarborough to Cleethorpes, and along both banks of the Humber. Humber Coast and Vale incorporates the cities of Hull and York and Large and rural areas of East Yorkshire, North Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire.

These grants are to support community partnerships in recognition of the impact of COVID-19 on the wider community.

As the lead charity for this project, Health Tree Foundation have worked with the NHS Charities in the area to agree three funding pots for the voluntary and community sector to apply.

Pot 1: £200,000 for Green Social Prescribing: Mental & Physical health

Pot 2: £200,000 for Volunteering: 2 bids sought 1 from Humber area, 1 from York & North Yorkshire

Pot 3: £200k for Match funding projects grants from £5,000 to £50,000
