The Liaison and Diversion (L&D) service is a partnership between Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust (LCH) and Community Links, funded by NHS England to deliver L&D Services in Hull and East Riding, Grimsby, North and North East Lincolnshire.

We are an association who are working towards using the local fishing lake to encourage local people to use it. We are striving to provide local people to be able to learn to fish etc. We have noticed that this year the crime rate for the area has decreased and families are interacting more. Families have used the lake and are enjoying fishing fishing together.

We support Hull residents who suffering from Fuel Poverty through the provisions of Grants, Advice & Support relating to keeping warm, affordably, at home.

Welcome House is a social and educational development centre, welcoming and supporting asylum seekers and refugees in order to help rebuild their lives, through a wide range of activities including social integration and mental health and social well being.
