Our collaborative workforce transformation programme Breakthrough HNY is about to enter its fourth year. At this critical point, we need your insight on how well Breakthrough is working for you.Whether you know a lot, a little or nothing at all about Breakthrough so far, if you are part of the HNY health and care workforce we want to hear from you.The survey can be completely anonymously but if you’d like to join our mailing list, please leave your contact details at the end.
