Community Navigation Hull
Connecting people to community-based activities
Project Introduction
Forum's Community Navigators work with individuals to improve their health, wellbeing and social networks
Based in community settings across Hull, the team provide one-to-one, face-to-face support to help people in Hull find activities in their area. They can link people with advice, mental health services, healthy lifestyle activities, volunteer opportunities and more. They work in a holistic way that takes into account individuals' needs, goals and existing networks.
