Hull City Council – Daycare Services Framework
Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) is seeking providers to supply & deliver Recreational, Occupational, Social and Educational Day Opportunities for Adults in Hull.
They are doing this through something known as a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System, which is a way of creating a list of suitably qualified potential providers who can then take part in commissioned activities, through direct awards or competitions as appropriate.
There is more information on the Contracts Finder site ROSE – Adults Day Opportunities Pseudo DPS – Contracts Finder
Voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations who are interested in being part of this process will need to be registered on the EU Supply procurement portal. There is a link here: https://uk.eu-supply.com/
If you’ve never used this system before and need more help to access it, there is a PowerPoint presentation accessible here: Supplier Guidance – Apply onto DPS
If you think you need further support with understanding the requirements, then the Sector Connect Hull team at Forum/Hull CVS can offer advice and guidance.
