About the funding
The fund aims to support organisations with essential fabric repairs at church buildings of all Christian denominations across the UK. The building must be of heritage significance.
- Medium Grant Programme Grants of up to £10,000 for projects costing between £20,000 and £80,000 – The next deadline for applications is 15th April 2025
- Large Grant Programme Grants of up to £50,000 for projects costing over £80,000 – The next deadline for applications is 4th March 2025
Repairs will usually be identified as Category A or B recommendations in the most recent Quinquennial Inspection report, or as urgent repairs in condition surveys.
Eligible projects include:
- Roof repairs
- Masonry repairs
- Rainwater disposal and drainage
- Floorwork
