About the funding
This fund is open to community football facilities in England for provision of capital items, or to refurbish/improve.
Aiming to enhance the grassroots football experience by supporting projects ranging from the purchase of goalposts to improving changing pavilions.
he Football Foundation provides comprehensive funding to improve football facilities for all participants.
Some of the following can be funded:
- Goalposts
- Storage containers
- Portable floodlights
- Changing rooms and club house refurbishment
- 3G pitch maintenance machinery and equipment
- Improvements to grass pitch playing surfaces
- Fencing
- 3G Pitches and creation of new grass pitches
- Small-sided facility improvement
