This programme is delivered by Architectural Heritage Fund in partnership with Key Fund.

The fund offers the following:

• Investment amounts from £10,000 to £150,000
• Up to 40% of total available as grant, where justifiable to support cost stabilisation or reduction
• Energy Audit Grants available between £500 and £2,500 where these have not been completed
• Minimum Term 12 months, Maximum Term 7 years
• Interest Rate – 6.5% flat
• Arrangement Fee – 1%
• Security – mainly unsecured
