It aims to support a broad range of not-for-profit projects that create and sustain quality work and help people across England to engage with arts and culture.

In November Art Council England introduced a new application form to make the process of applying clearer and more accessible.

Moving from one application form (currently grants of £1,000 to £100,000) to three application forms determined by the grant amount being requested:

• £30,000 or under.
• £30,001 to £100,000.
• £100,001 or over.
