Project Introduction
Forum's Core Team work under the governance of our trustee board
We oversee the management of Forum's projects and provide day-to-day support for staff teams in Hull, Calderdale and North East Lincolnshire.
What we do
Working in the Hull office, Forum's Core Team is made up of the Leadership and Business Support Teams, who are responsible for:
- Developing new projects and areas of work
- Communicating the difference we make to our stakeholders
- Sector-wide information sharing through our weekly bulletin
- Undertaking the line management of the charity’s projects in Hull, Calderdale and North East Lincolnshire
- Reporting to Forum’s board of trustees and carrying out their delegated instructions
- Overseeing recruitment, induction and training
- Finance, payroll and general administration
- Leading on strategic voice and influence work including promotion of the VCSE sector’s role in the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board
