Citizens Advice Hull & East Riding (CAHER) are recruiting a part time Generalist Advice Service Supervisor for 22.2 hours per week.
The advice service supervisor role involves working with colleagues to manage the day-to-day delivery and quality of a busy service.
You will supervise a large and diverse team of paid and volunteer advisers, admin and receptionists to ensure CAHER provide a high-quality customer service from a number of offices and outreaches. In this role you will support advisers to offer advice via varied service channels including face to face, telephone, outreach, video and digital.
