The Resilience Hub continues to offer confidential mental health and wellbeing support to all health, care and emergency services staff.

You may have read in the media recently that there’s uncertainty over future national funding for resilience hubs – but don’t let that stop you from contacting us. We are still here to help.

The Humber and North Yorkshire Resilience Hub partnership is currently working with partners across the region and NHS England to scope future plans and will continue to offer support beyond April 2023.

Research shows that health and care workers are at a higher risk of developing mental health conditions if not adequately supported. Our Hub was created to help anyone who is struggling – so don’t hesitate to reach out.

Our mental health professionals have extensive experience of working with people who have experienced trauma or distress. We are also here to help if you are showing signs of stress or anxiety, burn out or well-being difficulties.
