The Healthy Holidays Hull Programme will be running again during the Easter Holidays.

The programme provides children, young people and families across the city access to free activities with the vast majority also coming with a food offer, whether this be a hot meal, a packed lunch or snacks.

There is a variety of activities on offer during the Easter Holidays, including; sports camps, family fun days, arts & crafts, music, dance, cooking sessions and much more. Over Easter there will be over 400 sessions being delivered in communities across the city. These sessions are open to all children aged 5 to 16 in Hull.

They would appreciate your support in promoting the programme to the families that you and your staff work with. They want to be able to reach as many families as possible with our promotion, so they need your help with this.

Please find attached a promotional leaflet aimed at all professionals to provide you with information on the programme for you to share this information with the families they work with. If you can share this with your workforce to help spread the information on the programme, that would be greatly appreciated. They also have some hard copies of the professional leaflets, so they can arrange for some of these to be dropped off with you to hand out to your staff. If you would like some dropping off just let them know how many you would like dropping off and they can arrange that.

They launched the Healthy Holidays website to targeted groups this week, on Monday 6th March, then the website will go live to the wider public on 20th March. If you work with any families that would benefit from accessing these activities early, then please share this information with them. The attached leaflet includes a QR code, that takes you directly to the Healthy Holidays website, but you can also access the website by using this link: www.healthyholidayshull.org

Their website includes all information on the sessions that are running during the Easter Programme, the website is sectioned up via area, so North, East & West Hull and individual sections for our Strategic Partners. You can click on the area and see all the sessions that are running, and how to get in contact with the organisation delivering the activities.
