This is the latest report since 2020. The pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis have forced charities to focus on meeting the pressing needs in front of them.
The findings in this new report come from two robust, sampled surveys:
- One of 298 charity leaders.
- One of 2,062 representative members of the public—including 893 people who have used charity services in the last 12 months.
