Healthy Holidays Hull

Written and sent on behalf of Hull City Council:

Healthy Holidays Hull is back for the Winter!

The programme provides children, young people, and families across the city access to free activities with the vast majority also coming with a food offer, whether this be a hot meal, a packed lunch, or snacks.

There are a variety of activities on offer during the winter holidays, including; swimming, sports, arts, dance, outdoor education, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) specific activities and so much more!

These activities are open to all school aged children and young people in Hull.

We would appreciate your support in promoting the programme to the families that you and your staff work with. We want to be able to reach as many families as possible with our promotion, so we need your help with this.

The website is now live!

All information on the sessions can be found on the Healthy Holidays website www.healthyholidayshull.org

We also have some Warm Zones as part of the programme, where families can go to get change of scenery over the festive season, meet with other families, enjoy a nice meal as a family, and get involved in some activities including crafts, games, sports etc in a warm welcoming environment.

Please can you share this information within your team to your staff so that they are aware of the programme and so that they can share the information with the families they are supporting.
