Get Hull Active: How much do you move?

Hull City Council are asking for feedback to help understand how people in Hull engage in physical activity and how they can encourage them to engage more.

The survey will ask about:

• Your current levels of physical activity
• What types of activity you enjoy doing, or would like to do
• What, if anything prevents you from undertaking physical activity
