The Prevent Awareness Training Hull
Through Hull City Council, The Prevent Awareness Training aims to teach what radicalisation, extremism, and terrorism are, as well as touching on terrorist ideologies and what the local risks are.
The training looks at what the ‘notice, check, share’ procedure is and how to apply it and how and when to make a referral if professionals come across any concerning behaviours so they can help people when they most need it. The training uses interactive activities and case studies to support learning.
The training is 3-hour face to face workshop and is classroom based at Brunswick House, Hull. The following dates below are now live, with further dates due to be added for later in the year.
