Active Humber are welcoming PAPYRUS, a charity working to prevent young suicide. They will present: SPARK – Suicide Prevention Awareness, Resources, and Knowledge
The session will cover:
- Raising awareness about suicide and how to prevent it – Information about PAPYRUS and the support they offer
- How we can all help build a suicide-safer community
- The importance of self-care
They will also be exploring Mental Wellbeing in your clubs and looking at how we can champion mental health.
