Finding, understanding and using evidence about nature-based activities for health

As part of the Growing Green and Blue Health programme HEY Smile Foundation are starting a monthly webinar series on different aspects of the outdoors and nature / health and wellbeing.

Finding, understanding and using evidence about nature-based activities for health

As busy staff and volunteers it can be hard to integrate research evidence into our work. This webinar will provide an overview of current scientific evidence on the effectiveness of nature-based activities for health and offer practical advice on finding, understanding and using it to support your work.

The webinar will be delivered by Dr Laura Harrison. Laura is a researcher in environment and health at the University of York and runs nature-based activities at Leeds Mindfulness Co-operative CIC.
