Training Outline: The training will be designed to grasp a fuller understanding of Unconscious bias – what it is, why it exists, how it impacts and importantly, how to work in a safe culture to interrupt biases and prevent biases creeping in.

The workshop will also include components looking the by-stander effect, intent vs impact (when people did not intend harm) and dealing with the ‘fear of saying the wrong thing’.

Importantly, our approach will create a safe space for participants to question and discuss situations, behaviours, language, and attitudes that impact inclusion the workspace.
