Forum CIO are currently undertaking engagement on behalf of  Humber & North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership & Humber & North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board to raise awareness on the importance of having blood pressure and cholesterol checks. 

Our community has a high percentage of people living with undiagnosed high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease.

This piece of engagement is to:

• Raise awareness of the dangers of cardiovascular disease
• Find out why individuals don’t get checked
• Enquire what would make individuals take notice of health information
• Enquire how individuals would like to be notified about health information
