We have been supporting the Armed Forces for 140 years. SSAFA understands that behind every uniform is a person and we are here for that person and their family, any time they need us and in any way they need us. Our vision is a society in which the Armed Forces, veterans and their families can thrive. SSAFA helps the Armed Forces community in a number of ways, though our focus is on providing direct support to individuals in need of physical or emotional care. SSAFA works in partnership with other military charities and specialist organisations to ensure that those who turn to us for help get the support they need. The regional hub is virtual and provides a single point of contact for members of the Armed Forces community to access the help they need and be signposted to our casework service. The hub operates a dedicated phone line, email address and web enquiry facility. The hub service is available 09:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
