The economic and social costs of modern slavery

By August 1, 2018National News

This is a Home Office research report on the cost of modern slavery in the UK.

By contributing to the evidence base in this way, the research is intended to inform the policy and operational response and better understand the value of preventative work.

It includes:

  • the Assessment of Independent Child Trafficking Advocates (ICTA) which looks at how the (ICTA) service was implemented in early adopter sites, how the ICTA service works alongside existing service provision for trafficked children in the early adopter and the outcomes for children who had an ICTA
