Tai Chi (Taijiquan) is an ancient form of exercise which originates from China incorporating mindfulness, breathing, and movement. There are many health benefits that be gained through regular practice of Tai Chi including stress reduction, helping to improve balance and flexibility of the joints.
The aim of this five weeks course is to give people a basic introduction to the study and practice of Tai Chi (Sun Style) focusing on a short Tai Chi Form.
The five weeks course starts on Thursday September 5th 2019

The cost for this course will be £25.00, full payment will be required to be paid in advance to secure a place (limited places available).
