By September 9, 2020Local News

Reckitt Benckiser, a global leader in hygiene, health and nutrition, is donating £266,000 to six charitable projects to support the health and wellbeing of those most vulnerable and affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Hull and the surrounding area.

Forum is pleased to announce that they are one of the recipients of the donation.

Working in partnership with HEY Smile Foundation, we have set up a dedicated grants fund for charitable organisations using the donation, to support the diverse needs of local people impacted by COVID-19.

For more information and to apply, please go to www.beecan.org and register your organisation to browse funding programmes.

Projects requesting support must help individuals achieve one or more of the following outcomes:

  • A healthier and active lifestyle
  • Improved self-care and resilience
  • Access to nutritional food

To arrange an informal conversation to explore your idea further, please contact Jane.Thompson@nbforum.org.uk

Other recipients of the Reckitt Benckiser funding are Fareshare, Hull Homeless Community Project, HEY Mind, John Cracknell Youth Enterprise Bank and The Food Partnership
