Quality Improvement Manager with HEY Mind

22.5 hours per week, based in Hull

£35,000  per annum pro rata, (fixed term contract for one year initially)

This is an exciting new role which we have created to help us evidence that HEY Mind’s work is of the highest quality.

The post holder will be a key member of the Senior Management Team whose focus will be to drive forward a programme of continuous improvement and service excellence.

Using your experience of developing and implementing a range of quality improvement systems and strategies, you will guide and support both Hull and East Yorkshire Mind and it’s trading subsidiary, Wellington Care, on all quality matters.

Recent experience in a senior management role, an understanding of mental health issues and knowledge of CQC regulations are also essential.

Hours of work will generally be between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Applicants must have a full current driving licence and access to a motor vehicle for work purposes as some travel will be required.
