Innovations in Care Ltd are opening their first adult day centre for people living with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries or Autism, based at 72 -74 Clarence Street, Hull HU9 1DN
To ensure that their facilities and services are fully inclusive, they will also offer day services to people who may be living with Dementia.
They have created an environment that simulates a home from home experience. Care has been taken to create a centre that not only supports adults with life skills, numeracy, literacy, education and employment, it also supports transitions for young people leaving child care services, moving into adult services. They recognise that this transition can be daunting and unsettling, which is why they offer taster and transition sessions free of charge to promote positive wellbeing and involvement
There will be free taster sessions from 23rd January 2019 with the official opening on 1st February 2019.
