Let’s ‘Keep Connected’ by getting involved with the Neighbourhood Network’s free online seminars, with new topics being added on a regular basis.
During the last few months, the team at the Neighbourhood Network have been hosting online zoom seminars providing opportunities for NHW members and wider communities to advance their knowledge in all things crime prevention; learning how to keep themselves and their property safe. The team are continuing with the ‘home learning’ schedule and the next set of online sessions planned includes the following:
Cybercrime: Hackers and Social Engineering – focusing on the art of how criminals manipulate people to obtain confidential information. Date: Friday 26th June at 10.30am
Cybercrime: General awareness – taking you through general ways on how you can keep yourself safe online and how criminals target people in simple yet effective ways. Date: Monday 29th June at 2pm
Allotment Security – advising on protecting your plot, along with providing an opportunity to share your own experiences and best practice ideas, ending with a Q&A section. Date: Wednesday 1st July at 10.30am
Wildlife Talk – pick the brains of a local wildlife expert – this is your opportunity to get answers to any questions you have always wanted answering. Date: Thursday 2nd July at 10.30am
