£19,019 per annum (for 37 hours) Based in Hull various hours available
The focus of this role is to provide telephone support to people with a wide range of mental health issues who call the Mental Health Response Service.
You should have previous experience of providing support to members of the public and have the ability to respond quickly to different situations. You will also need to communicate assertively, have compassion and a good level of resilience.
The shifts we need to cover are 8am to 5pm and 2pm to 8pm, 7 days a week including bank holidays. A combination of shifts are available and Mind can offer contracts between 18 and 39 hours per week
