Headstart Hull Summer Programme 2019

This year HeadStart Hull has up to £15,000 available for city-wide projects that promote the emotional health and well-being of children and young people aged 10-16 years (up to 25 years if disabled) during the summer holidays.  The maximum award per application/organisation will be £2,500.

They are encouraging bids that are based on the ideas of 10 – 16 year olds, support some of the most vulnerable young people in Hull, such as disability groups, BME groups, young carers, and other disadvantaged groups

Funding is available for activities and events that will bring together young people from across the city and help reduce social isolation – these could be sporting activities, arts and crafts, drama and music.

All activities must take place during the summer holiday, 22 July to 1 September, 2019.
