In this session we will look at a range of challenges for those that work with volunteers including: how to support volunteers and choosing the right support method: supervision, expenses & record keeping; managing volunteers with additional needs; keeping volunteers motivated; managing performance issues and saying goodbye.
This training will provide information and guidance as well as an opportunity to network and share good practice with other volunteer managers.

If you are unable to pay by BACS put PLEASE INVOICE in the notes field when you check out and you will be invoiced.
Where booked attendees are unable to attend they can nominate a colleague to attend in their place.
Where booked attendees are unable to attend they must notify the VSI Alliance via e-mail email@example.com or telephone 01422 438722 to notify of the cancellation.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We operate a 7-day notice period to cancel a booking. The payment will not be refunded on failure to attend the course without at least 7 days’ notice.
We provide light refreshments (tea & coffee).
