NHS East Riding of Yorkshire and NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are currently undertaking an engagement exercise to understand the views and experiences of children and young people, parents and carers when accessing the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). The aim of this feedback is to help them improve the service across Hull and the East Riding in the future.
They currently have a survey open to capture these views but are now wanting to capture the views of professionals working with children and adolescents whose roles come into contact with the CAMHS service. This could be as a GP referring into the service, an educator or someone who supports children and young people experiencing poor mental health.
They are interested to hear your views on the referral system, barriers and appropriate settings for where services could be provided. Your feedback on the service is extremely valuable and important in helping us shape and improve the service in the future.
