1 position will be Hull based and 1 position will be Scunthorpe based – with travel throughout the Humber region
This is a new partnership project with Leeds Community Health Liaison and Diversion Service providing a seamless link with police custody healthcare services across Humberside.
They are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join this new mental health service serving Humberside as Support Time Recovery Workers.
The Support Time Recovery Workers will provide essential outreach, co-ordination and hand holding to service users who have care plans in place. They will provide Support, give Time to an allocated group of service users and aim to promote Recovery within community settings across Humberside.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to undertake this role
