The successful candidate will work closely with Trustees to drive the organisation forward and they are looking for someone to join them to make a real difference. The role can be demanding with competing priorities but you will have the job satisfaction of securing the future of this local organisation so it can continue to provide outstanding services to meet the current and future needs of the community.
The position is based in Easingwold and is for 14-16 hours a week to be worked flexibly (with a minimum of two mornings office based); Salary is £26-28K per annum, pro rata.
The office is open 9am -1pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in the voluntary/community sector, leading a small team of dedicated and friendly staff and volunteers and working closely with partners across Hambleton District.
